Our Ethics
Alongside the standard Coaching Ethics of the ICF and IAC, we follow a simple internal code for working with others.
1. Autonomy - We trust adults to make their own choices thus, will neither force decisions nor coach people under 18.
2. Neutrality - In order to remain impartial, we will not coach anybody currently holding or running for political office, nor work with an organization in which we knowingly hold stock.
3. Professionalism - We only coach those we are able to help with our skills, education and experience.
4. Humanism - We seek to do what is right for all beings and thus will not intentionally do harm to ourselves, our business, or our clients.
5. Fairness - We will do our best to offer opportunity for those in need, equal to those who can afford it.
