TEAM Coaching

Team Coaching is leadership coaching for the team members of an executive for the purpose of building greater cohesion and capability. At Leaping Koi, we use the acronym TEAM to describe both the key values and benefits of our approach:

  • ACCOUNTABILITY - When purpose and collaboration improves, so does ownership of created actions. People will change and follow through on actions because they recognize and support the reasons to.
  • MEASUREMENT​​ - We rigorously track behavior change according to stakeholder perceptions to ensure the return on investment is clear to all parties involved.
These values are not limited to the team itself - they extend to the stakeholders of the team, the organization, and the community at large.
  • 12-month Stakeholder-Centered Coaching Program. We use the process developed by Marshall Goldsmith, the world’s #1 CEO coach and the pioneer of results-oriented 360 behavioral coaching.
  • Measurable Guarantee - If there isn't confirmed behavior change as measured by stakeholders, the coaching is on us.
  • 360 Assessment to identify strengths and development areas as standard. We don't charge extra for it and we are happy to use yours if you prefer.
